Education and Professional Background
Harry completed his Master of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Before entering the immigration profession, he developed a strong analytical and problem-solving foundation through his engineering background — skills that continue to shape the way he approaches immigration files today.
