On November 18, 2022, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #158, MPNP issued 177 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 797 points, 184 points more compared to the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 143 LAAs. The lowest score in the SWO category was 686 points, 40 points fewer than in the previous round. In addition, Manitoba invited 198 candidates in the International Education Stream. In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 518 candidates, including 125 Express Entry candidates. MPNP has invited 5,760 candidates in 2022, and 1,220 received invitations in the Express Entry.
